The Titans ran up against La Canada and Temple City at the Bosco Tech Invitational two weeks ago but have not had a look at the other teams in the league. Those others all competed in the Woodbridge Invitational last Friday/Saturday. Based upon those results, South Pasadena is the clear favorite with team leader Josh Wilson and junior Cullen Irvine looking to go 1-2 in League. That combination makes it difficult for any other team to close the gap unless the Tigers were to drop way off after those two. But, they don’t. At this point in the season, it appears that their numbers 3-4-5 runners can all beat our #3 man. The only chance to beat SoPas is to switch that around and get as many of our guys as possible in front of Ethan Angold or Austin Situ. Very difficult task. Chapter 1 is tomorrow.
