Statement race - Omhunique’s 12.25 was good for an easy small schools division win and a probable new school record.  It was also the third best 100 Meters among all the girls’ divisions that day.  Her performance resulted in Omhunique being named to MileSplit’s U.S. second team.  Aside from winning the 100, she also won the 200 meters (26.14), 100 meter hurdles (15.61), and the 300 meter hurdles (46.60).

Getting closer - Peaky Yuter and Robbie Moreton competed in the Invitational division, which includes the best 800 runners from schools of all sizes.  Peaky finished with a personal best of 2:03.03.  His  goal this season is to bust through 2 minutes.
